SBI Clerk Educational Qualifications (as of 31/12/2024)
- Candidates must hold a valid graduation degree (UG) in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Candidates with integrated dual degree (IDD) certificates should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31st December 2024.
- Candidates in the final year/semester of their graduation may also apply, but they must provide proof of passing their graduation exam on or before 31st December 2024, if provisionally selected.
SBI Clerk Age Limit (as of 01/04/2024)
Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old, meaning they must have been born not earlier than 2nd April 1996 and not later than 1st April 2004 (both days inclusive).

SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2024 Selection Procedure
The SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2024 selection process consists of two phases:
- SBI Clerk Preliminary Exam
- SBI Clerk Mains Exam
Candidates must clear both phases to receive an appointment letter from SBI. There will be no provision for Inter Circle Transfer or Inter State Transfer for Junior Associates who are recruited.
Note: Trained apprentices of SBI may receive weightage in the Mains Exam by awarding 2.5% of the maximum marks (i.e., 5 marks out of 200 marks) as bonus marks.
SBI Clerk 2024 Exam Pattern
To prepare effectively for the exam, candidates need to be familiar with the exam pattern. There are separate patterns for the SBI Clerk Prelims and SBI Clerk Mains exams.
Important Note: There will be no sectional cut-off for the individual sections in the exam as per the official notification. The overall performance is what matters.
