Educational Qualification
- AAO (Generalist): Graduation in any discipline.
- AAO (Chartered Accountant): Graduation + CA Final passed.
- AAO (Company Secretary): Graduation + CS qualification.
- AAO (Actuarial): Graduation + at least 6 papers cleared in Actuarial exams.
- AAO (Insurance Specialist): Graduation + Insurance qualification + 5 years experience.
- AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law (with minimum 50%, 45% for reserved).
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
- General Posts: 21 – 30 years
- Legal/CA: 21 – 32 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per govt. rules.

The selection process involves three stages:
