IDBI Bank Ltd. invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract).

Note: Vacancies are provisional and may be reduced, increased, or canceled at the sole discretion of the Bank without any notice. Offer letters may be issued in phases depending on the Bank’s requirements.

B. Important Instructions:

• Multiple Applications: If a candidate submits multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be considered. Application fees paid for any other registrations will be forfeited.

D. Eligibility Criteria (As of October 1, 2024):

Candidates applying for the Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) position must meet the following criteria:

• Age:
  • Minimum: 20 years
  • Maximum: 25 years
    Candidates must be born between October 2, 1999, and October 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
• Educational Qualification:
  • A graduate in any discipline from a university recognized/approved by the Government or Government Bodies (e.g., AICTE, UGC, etc.).
  • A diploma course is not considered sufficient for eligibility.
• Computer Literacy:
  Candidates must have proficiency in computers/IT-related aspects.

Note: Candidates must provide original documents supporting their identity and eligibility during the selection process. Once the online application is submitted, no changes will be allowed in the candidate’s details (e.g., category, contact information, etc.).

E. Emoluments, Career Prospects, and Service Conditions:

• Remuneration:
  • First Year: Rs. 29,000 per month
  • Second Year: Rs. 31,000 per month

These are fixed/ consolidated remunerations for the respective years.

G. Educational Qualifications:

i. Graduate Requirement:
Applicants must be graduates from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The university or institute must be recognized/approved by Government bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.

ii. Mark-sheets & Degree Certificate:
Candidates must possess valid Mark-sheets (year/semester-wise or consolidated) and Degree and/or Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University, showing that they are graduates as of October 01, 2024 (cut-off date). The date mentioned on the final year/semester mark-sheet or Degree/Provisional degree certificate will be considered as the date of graduation. In cases where results are posted online by the University/Institute, the web-based certificate must be signed and certified by the appropriate authority of the University/Institute, indicating the date of passing. Candidates must ensure they have proper mark sheets and certificates before registering.
