IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
✅ Age Limit: 20 to 30 years (with applicable relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
✅ Computer Literacy: Basic working knowledge of computer systems is required.
IBPS PO 2025 Selection Process
The recruitment will be done in three stages:
1️⃣ Preliminary Exam: Objective test with English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude (60 minutes).
2️⃣ Mains Exam: Includes Reasoning, English, Data Interpretation, Banking Awareness, and a descriptive test (letter & essay writing).
3️⃣ Interview: Conducted for candidates who qualify in the Mains exam.
The final selection will consider the candidate’s performance in Mains (80%) and Interview (20%).
